Senior Campaign Manager

Location: Bracknell UK (min 3 days per week). Travel to Europe on average once per monthFluency in Spanish/ French/ Italian/ German an advantage
Role Background
We’re looking for a highly effective, commercially minded campaign leader to deliver impactful marketing campaigns across Europe.
Reporting to the Director of Campaigns & Propositions, this role will lead the end-to-end development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for the direct-to-consumer business.
You will be responsible for turning strategy and propositions into compelling, high-performing campaigns that drive both brand growth and short-term demand.
This is a critical role in establishing a new campaign capability—building repeatable, scalable ways of working across multiple markets and channels.
What You’ll Be Doing
1. Campaign Development & Delivery
- Lead the end-to-end development of integrated marketing campaigns across all media including TV, digital, social, out of home, PR, partnerships
- Translate propositions into clear, compelling creative briefs
- Ensure campaigns are:
- Distinctive and on-brand
- Commercially focused
- Delivered to a high standard across all channels
2. Multi-Market Execution
- Manage the rollout of campaigns across multiple international markets
- Work with local teams to ensure campaigns are:
- Adapted for local culture and nuance
- Executed effectively in each market
- Balance central consistency with local flexibility
3. Agency & Partner Management
- Manage creative, media, production and insight agencies to deliver campaigns
- Ensure agencies are:
- Clearly briefed
- Held accountable for performance
- Delivering best-in-class output
- Lead campaign delivery timelines, budgets and production processes
4. Performance & Optimisation
- Track and evaluate campaign performance across:
- Brand metrics (awareness, consideration)
- Demand metrics (traffic, quotes, conversion)
- Work with performance, CRM and digital teams to optimise campaigns in-flight
- Embed a test-and-learn approach, continuously improving effectiveness
5. Partnership Campaigns
- Support delivery of partner marketing campaigns (e.g. American Express, British Airways, Disney, Avios)
- Ensure partnerships are activated in a way that drives incremental demand and brand impact
6. Ways of Working & Capability Building
- Help establish best-in-class campaign processes, including:
- Briefing frameworks
- Planning cycles
- Measurement approaches
- Contribute to building a scalable international campaign model
Background & Experience
- Typically 8+ years’ experience in campaign management, brand marketing or integrated marketing roles
- Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns in a direct-to-consumer environment
- Strong experience working with creative and media agencies
- Experience managing campaigns across multiple markets
