In this role, you will:

  • Lead support operations across HR technology platforms, contributing to strategic initiatives and ongoing delivery.
  • Partner with Product leadership, HRIS, and HR business owners to evolve the HR technology roadmap and drive efficient, high‑quality solutions.
  • Support Workday, Workday Extend, and ServiceNow, including configuration, administration, security, PII, compliance, auditing, and data quality.
  • Analyze moderately complex business and operational needs and make informed recommendations to support execution goals.
  • Collaborate with Core HR teams to enable onboarding, offboarding, terminations, separation services, and displacement processes.
  • Translate business requirements into clear user stories, support Agile delivery, and participate in UAT activities.
  • Plan and execute initiatives focused on operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and improved employee experience.
  • Produce clear business and technical documentation, including process flows and requirements.
  • Manage relationships and collaborate with cross‑functional partners, including technology, risk, compliance, legal, and data privacy teams.
  • Apply a strong sense of urgency, adaptability, and data awareness to support analytics‑driven decision making.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of HR Systems experience (e.g., Workday, Peoplesoft, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, or similar) preferably in a global environment with multiple integrations
  • 3+ years of analyst experience configuring and supporting HR systems
  • Experience with ServiceNow HR Service Delivery application
  • Experience operating in an Agile environment
  • Knowledge of HR business processes
  • Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills

Job Expectations:

  • Preferred locations: Phoenix, AZ; Charlotte, NC; Minneapolis, MN
  • This opportunity provides a hybrid onsite schedule at one of the posted locations
  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
  • Salary Range for Minneapolis, MN: $96,000 – $154,000

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$87,000.00 - $154,000.00
