Location: Pune, India

Role Description

The role focuses on operational execution, governance support and stakeholder coordination to enable smooth functioning of the TDI PB COO agenda. The role provides exposure to senior leadership and cross‑functional teams across Technology, HR, and Operations.

Your key responsibilities

COO Support

  • Support in execution of operational and governance initiatives across India
  • Assist in tracking key COO deliverables, actions, and initiatives
  • Prepare presentations, trackers, dashboards, and management updates for senior stakeholders

Governance & Operational Coordination

  • Support governance activities including audits, risk reviews, compliance tracking, and mandatory requirements
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Compliance, HR, Facilities, IT) on COO‑led topics
  • Assist in maintaining documentation, trackers, and evidence for internal and external reviews

Administrative & Logistical Support

  • Support travel bookings, expense processing, and reimbursements
  • Provide logistical support for townhalls, leadership meetings, and employee events
  • Assist visiting stakeholders with office access, equipment, and coordination

People & Engagement Activities

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, onboarding, and new joiner coordination
  • Maintain distribution lists, trackers, and SharePoint repositories
  • Assist with communication initiatives, newsletters, and COO updates

Data & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate data related to headcount, initiatives, and operational metrics
  • Prepare periodic reports and analysis for leadership
  • Ensure data quality, timeliness, and confidentiality

Your skills and experience

  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • Excellent stakeholder coordination and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word; SharePoint knowledge preferred
  • Proactive, solution‑oriented, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working with senior leadership
