Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant to join the Total Rewards Product team!  This is an exciting opportunity to help lead Wells Fargo’s Human Resources transformation to deliver compelling experiences to our team through elegant processes and technology solutions.

The Senior Business Execution Consultant will deliver integrated Benefits experience with a focus on impact analysis, execution support, and operational readiness.  The role partners with Product, Technology, HR Operations, and external vendors to help ensure solutions are delivered efficiently and align to business, regulatory, and employee experience needs. In this role, you will:

  • Work closely with business partners to evaluate business requirements, plan initiatives, and participate in efficient development, delivery, and deployment activities directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be solved with automated systems.
  • Leverage product expertise and industry knowledge to drive value to the business.
  • Support execution of initiatives across Benefits and downstream systems.
  • Assist with analysis of end-to-end impacts to HR products, processes, and employee experience.
  • Plan, support, and execution of configuration and testing activities.
  • Ensure cross-functional dependencies are understood, managed, and addressed to execute initiatives with quality and on-time.
  • Collaborate with diverse stakeholders including global business teams, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Data Privacy to execute with confidence.
  • Assist in decomposing epics into effective user stories and maintain task status in JIRA or similar Agile management tool.
  • Produce effective documentation to capture and communicate business process and requirements in the format of business process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, data definition documents, decision trees, requirements documents, and user experience flows.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional partners including HR, Technology, Legal, Total Rewards, and vendors.

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in business execution, product support, implementation, or strategic initiatives, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting Benefits Administration or Total Rewards processes
    Experience working with Workday or other HR SaaS platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem solving‑ skills
  • Experience in workflow documentation, process mapping, or business process optimization
  • Experience operating in an Agile environment and/or strong knowledge and understanding of Agile practices.
  • Experience interpreting business and technical needs and translating them into user stories.
  • Experience leading and facilitating workshops and discussions to meet client objectives and desired outcomes.
  • Ability to operate as part of cross-functional work streams to execute projects with quality and on-time.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Experience supporting testing, UAT, or operational readiness activities
  • Ability to translate complex subject matter that educates, enhances understanding, and influence decisions

Job Expectations:

  • This position is a hybrid work model and must be willing to work out of one of the posted locations

Base Salary Range for Minneapolis: $96,000 - $154,000

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities.

$87,000.00 - $154,000.00
