• 7+ years of experience leading Organizational Change Management (OCM) for large‑scale technology adoption projects.
• Change Management certifications required.
• Proven experience delivering OCM implementations across multiple countries.
• Advanced English proficiency for a fully English‑speaking project.
• Occasional travel to the United States required.
• Valid visa and passport are mandatory.
