As a Senior Business Developer for the French market, your mission is to convert leads into customers. You will join an international inbound team hub composed of 4 markets: France, Italy, Spain and Germany. The whole team is based in our brand new offices near Catalunya in Barcelona!
👩💻🧑💻As a Senior Business Developer France at Qonto, you will:
• Convert inbound leads into Qonto customers by managing the full sales cycle for small businesses (10-50 employees)
• Build strategic relationships with 15-25 qualified leads daily, understanding their complex business challenges to create lasting partnerships
• Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles, engaging with founders, CFOs, and operational leaders
• Help reshape the SMB sales process by bringing your experience and collaborating with the team to continuously improve our approach and customer experience

• Experience: You have at least 4 years of experience in a B2B Sales role, ideally in a scale-up/SaaS industry similar to our environment (Fintech)
• Result-driven: You thrive on having a visible impact and are comfortable with ambitious sales targets
• Consultative approach: You know how to understand the complex needs of SMBs and demonstrate the value of our product in a personalized way
• Communication: Your excellent command of French and English (oral and written) allows you to adapt to a diverse audience including C-levels
