We have an exciting opportunity at nbn for a Senior Business Analyst. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Technical Delivery.
A bit about your role
As the Senior Business Analyst, you will lead the development of detailed, user-centric business requirements and support the seamless handover to delivery teams across nbn. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyse complex data sets, uncover meaningful insights, and present findings that inform strategic decision-making.
Your work will help shape business improvement initiatives, ensuring they are grounded in evidence and aligned with organisational goals. You will guide projects from planning through to execution, maintaining clarity and momentum while managing risks, scope and stakeholder expectations. With a strong focus on collaboration and continuous improvement, you will also provide leadership to other Business Analysts, fostering a culture of shared purpose and professional growth.
A bit about you
If this sounds like the role for you, you will likely bring extensive experience in business analysis, data interpretation and project delivery within large, complex environments. You are confident using tools such as Tableau, Power BI or R, and you approach data with curiosity and precision.
Your understanding of methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma or Agile allows you to navigate ambiguity and drive meaningful change. You communicate with empathy and clarity, and you build strong relationships across diverse teams. With your thoughtful and inclusive approach, you help translate business needs into actionable strategies, ensuring nbn continues to deliver with purpose, integrity and impact.
