Senior Manufacturing Associate
Location: Portsmouth, NH (On-site)
You will play a key role in manufacturing life‑changing therapeutic proteins in a cGMP environment. In this senior position, you will bring technical expertise, sound judgment, and a strong quality mindset to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production.
Shift Schedule:
• Shift: Rotational Night Shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Pattern: 2 on, 2 off, 3 on, 2 off, 2 on, 3 off (repeating cycle)
• Starting off: First 2‑week orientation and training period is on the day shift
• Additional Pay: Nights and weekend shifts include additional pay

What you will do:
• Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment in a cGMP production environment.
• Execute process steps while following approved procedures and documentation standards.
• Perform laboratory and production tasks such as sampling, testing, and equipment preparation.
• Review batch records and logbooks for accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate deviations and support continuous improvement actions.
• Maintain equipment and production areas through cleaning activities.
• Support and train team members by sharing technical knowledge.
What we are looking for:
• Experience in a regulated manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong technical understanding and sound decision‑making skills.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures with a quality mindset.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to support others.
• High school diploma or equivalent; science‑related education is a plus.
• Motivation to uphold safety, quality, and compliance standards.
