Reporting to the Intelligent Automation Manager, you will shape and scale Conagra Brands’ enterprise intelligent automation and generative AI strategy. You will provide technical leadership that goes beyond solution delivery, influencing architecture, mentoring engineers, and driving the adoption of advanced automation and AI capabilities across the organization.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise copilots, chatbots, and AI assistants using Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
- Define and evolve prompt engineering standards, embedding strategies, and retrieval‑augmented generation architectures for production use.
- Architect secure integrations between large language models and enterprise data sources through APIs, connectors, Microsoft Graph, and governed knowledge repositories.
- Design and oversee intelligent automation solutions using Power Automate, UiPath, and Logic Apps to ensure scalability and resiliency.
- Orchestrate complex automation flows incorporating AI insights, business rules, and human‑in‑the‑loop decision steps.
- Create and maintain reusable frameworks, templates, accelerators, and connectors to enable rapid delivery across teams.
- Serve as a technical advisor to process owners, translating complex business needs into robust intelligent automation solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, COE champions, and power users, including reviewing designs and code for quality and best practices.
- Lead governance for Microsoft Power Platform and UiPath environments, including data‑loss‑prevention policies, ALM pipelines, CI/CD, tenant administration, and environment strategy.
- Ensure solutions meet or exceed security, compliance, responsible AI, and performance standards.
- Drive proof‑of‑concept efforts and pilot solutions into production‑ready implementations.
- Contribute to and maintain enterprise documentation, playbooks, architectural standards, and internal training materials.
- Collaborate with vendors and strategic partners to evaluate tools, influence product roadmaps, and maximize platform value.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in software development, intelligent automation, or applied AI engineering, including enterprise deployments.
- Advanced expertise with Azure AI services and the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
- Strong experience with UiPath development and platform administration across cloud and on‑premises environments.
- Proficiency in scripting or development languages such as PowerShell, Python, C#, Terraform, or TypeScript.
- Deep understanding of API design and integration, including REST, Microsoft Graph, and event‑driven patterns.
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise architecture, automation governance, responsible AI, and data privacy principles.
- Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and large‑scale Copilot enablement strategies.
- Proven experience leading technical initiatives, mentoring engineering talent, and establishing engineering standards.
- Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving environment with ownership and continuous‑improvement mindset.

Compensation
Pay Range:$93,200-$135,700
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
