As we scale our self-service analytics and AI capabilities, we’re looking for a Senior Analytics & Insights Engineer to develop scalable data solutions and intuitive tools that bring insights directly to business teams.

The Senior Analytics & Insights Engineer plays a critical role in delivering trusted, scalable analytics solutions to stakeholders across Sales, Finance, and GTM. Working closely with architects and data engineering, you’ll help shape data models and pipelines that serve as the foundation for high-impact dashboards and predictive analytics. You’ll design user-centric tools that empower teams to explore data, gain insights, and make better decisions — powered by platforms like BigQuery, AI, ML, and Tableau.
 

You Will:

  • Collaborate with data engineering to build scalable data models, semantic layers, and metrics using dbt and BigQuery.

  • Translate business needs into user-friendly, self-service dashboards, agents, and analytical products for stakeholders in Sales, Customer Success, and Finance to provide actionable insights and improve decision-making.

  • Deliver deep-dive "so-what" analyses and strategic insights via descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytics/ML modeling on complex datasets, presenting findings to leadership for forecasting/business use cases. 

  • Define, validate, and build company-wide corporate metrics with cross-functional teams. 

  • Work with DE, IT teams to automate data pipelines and ETL automation for manual processes . 

  • Optimize, refactor, validate, and document business logic, metrics, and data products to ensure proper governance of quality, accuracy, and scalability. 

  • Act as a liaison across business and technical teams to align analytical solutions with strategic goals. 

  • Lead complex cross-functional analytics projects. 

  • Help define best practices for scalable analytics design and contribute to data strategy.

About You: 

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, or data analytics roles

  • Hands-on experience building dashboards using Tableau or a similar BI tool

  • Strong proficiency in SQL and working with large datasets in BigQuery or similar cloud data warehouses

  • Understanding of key metrics and workflows in Sales, GTM, or Finance functions

  • Experience collaborating with data engineers and working with dbt or other data modeling frameworks

  • Experience using AI, BigQuery ML, or other no-code/low-code ML tools for predictive modeling

  • Familiarity with data governance principles including documentation, privacy, and access controls

  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable, user-friendly analytics solutions

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field), or equivalent practical experience
     

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with AI agent frameworks, natural language querying, or building AI-powered user interfaces

  • Familiarity with SaaS business metrics such as pipeline coverage, sales efficiency, customer acquisition cost, etc

  • Prior experience in a cloud-native data environment such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

  • Exposure to LiveRamp’s data ecosystem (e.g., identity resolution, clean rooms, audience activation)

  • Experience supporting self-service analytics adoption across business team

The approximate annual base compensation range is $115,000 to $179,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
