About the Role

As an Account Manager, you’ll join our team at the intersection of creativity, technology, and cultural innovation. In this pivotal client-facing role, you’ll nurture lasting partnerships, drive growth, and empower teams to deliver game-changing digital campaigns for a diverse set of leading brands. We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary client contact, managing relationships and ensuring outstanding satisfaction across digital initiatives.

  • Maintain and grow account business by identifying and shaping new commercial opportunities.

  • Immerse yourself in clients’ industries, leveraging insights to inform creative strategy and digital innovation.

  • Build clear, actionable internal briefs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver strong solutions.

  • Support in presentations, pitches, and deck creation—showcasing Monks’ creative work and dynamic culture.

  • Define project scopes and ensure proposals meet client briefs and deliver on business objectives.

  • Manage admin and tools (e.g., Salesforce), keeping proposals, timelines, and documentation on track.

  • Balance creative, strategic, and technical perspectives, involving specialists for deeper conversations when needed.

  • Stay up-to-date on new digital trends and technologies to proactively spark client and team discussions.

  • Develop client partnerships with a long-term, value-driven mindset that looks beyond individual projects.

About You

The Essentials:
  • Experience: 3+ years in client-facing digital advertising, account management, or creative production.

  • Digital Fluency: Strong understanding of digital content, creative campaign processes, and digital platforms.

  • Strategic Communication: Experience with pitches, proposals, and creating compelling, persuasive presentation decks.

  • Business Acumen: Quick to grasp and articulate client business goals and what needs to be achieved.

  • Trend Awareness: Passionate about digital, emerging technologies, and cultural trends.

  • Coordination: Skilled at planning and communicating—able to represent Monks to clients and internal teams effectively.

  • Language: Excellent English (both written and verbal).

  • Mindset: A relationship builder, partnership thinker, and positive team player.

Not a must, but a plus:
  • Fluency in additional languages.

  • Previous experience working within a global creative production environment.
