Position Summary

Program Start Date: June 15, 2026 
Location: Hartford, CT 
Starting Salary: $70,000

Work visa sponsorship is not available for this role.  This includes participation in Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT), and F-1 Visa programs. 

Hartford Hiring Initiative:  

This role is a part of the Aetna Business Operations Hartford Hiring Initiative and offers additional developmental opportunities. This may include leadership exposure, networking sessions, and Hartford-based events.  

This is a hybrid position with 3 days (generally Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday) in the Hartford, CT office locationThe other 2 days each week will be working remotely from home, office, or another location of your choice.

As a Senior Analyst of Business Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in supporting culture and engagement initiatives that impact 15,000 colleagues across Aetna Clinical Solutions. You’ll combine strong program management, organizational, and design skills to help plan, execute, and communicate programs that drive connection, belonging, recognition, and growth.

You will gain valuable work experience and participate in:  

  • Providing end-to-end program management support for culture and engagement initiatives, including planning, execution, tracking, and reporting on progress and outcomes.
  • Designing visually compelling presentations, reports, and communication materials to engage and inspire a diverse audience.
  • Preparing and delivering executive-level presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partnering with the Lead Director of Culture & Engagement to drive key projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Coordinating logistics for events, programs, and communications that support a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Gathering and analyzing data to track program effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Developing and maintaining project plans, documentation, and status updates for multiple simultaneous initiatives.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with HR, communications, and operational teams.
  • Turning colleague listening insights into clear themes, recommendations, and action plans; track progress and outcomes.
  • Facilitating working sessions with stakeholders to align on priorities, remove barriers, and drive adoption.
  • Creating simple dashboards/updates that connect work to business outcomes and colleague experience.
  • Supporting planning for key moments across the year (program launches, celebrations, leader communications).

Required Qualifications  

  • Meet educational requirements (see education section)
  • Able to work out of the Hartford, CT office  
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Canva, or similar design tools for creating presentations and visual content.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and inclusive design.
  • Passion for organizational culture and colleague engagement, with the ability to speak to a culture mission in a credible, grounded way.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting complex programs or projects, ideally in large organizations.
  • Edit, publish, and maintain content on internal digital channels and sites, ensuring information is accurate, current, accessible, and easy to navigate.
  • Advanced organizational and project management skills; PMP or similar certification a plus.
  • Comfort translating data and feedback into insights and actions.
  • High judgment with sensitive information and leader-facing materials.
  • Experience supporting culture, engagement, change management, internal communications, or HR/people initiatives.
  • Experience building templates/toolkits, dashboards, and measurement approaches at scale.
  • Visual design skills with a strong eye for layout, clarity, and brand-aligned storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience editing and publishing content on internal website platforms and collaborating with site owners/governance partners.
  • Ability to translate complex information into simple, scannable digital content.

Education 

  • Bachelor's or equivalent experience required, 2-5 years experience, Anticipated completion of an undergraduate or graduate degree program by start date (June 2026)
  • Have a major in one of the following fields: business, management, healthcare management, finance/accounting, economics, public health, health sciences, leadership studies, marketing, human resources, communications, psychology, or sociology

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$46,988.00 - $112,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
