• As a Senior AI Solutions Architect, you will be a visionary leader responsible for designing and guiding the implementation of complex, enterprise-level AI solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate strategic business objectives into scalable, robust, and innovative AI architectures. This role demands a deep understanding of AI methodologies, cloud platforms, data engineering, and software development best practices, with a focus on leveraging the latest advancements in large language models, agentic AI, and conversational AI to drive significant business impact. You will provide technical leadership, mentor junior architects and engineers, and ensure that our AI solutions are aligned with industry standards, security requirements, and long-term strategic goals.

Your key responsibilities

• AI Solution Design & Strategy: Lead the architectural design and strategic roadmap for AI solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs, technical feasibility, and scalability requirements.
• System and Security Architecture: Design comprehensive system architectures for AI solutions, including robust security architectures that meet enterprise standards and compliance requirements.
• Technical Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous improvement. Mentor and guide junior architects and engineers.
• Platform & Technology Selection: Evaluate and recommend appropriate AI technologies, frameworks, and cloud services (e.g., Google VertexAI, Gemini Model, Dialogflow CX, ADK, LangGraph, GCP services) to optimize solution performance, cost, and maintainability.
• Enterprise Architecture Integration: Design AI solutions that seamlessly integrate with existing enterprise systems, data sources, and business processes, ensuring data integrity and security.
• LLM, Chatbot, Agentic AI Architectures: Architect advanced solutions leveraging large language models (Gemini Model), chatbot frameworks, MCP, and Agentic AI patterns, including orchestration with LangGraphand ADK , for complex problem-solving and autonomous systems.
• API Architecture & Design: Define and enforce API architecture standards, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure integration points for AI services within the broader enterprise ecosystem.
• GCP Deployment & MLOps/AgentOps Architecture: Define robust GCP architectures for deploying AI models and applications, including CloudRun/GKE, BigQuery, CloudSQL, DataFlow, and DataProc. Establish comprehensive MLOps and AgentOps strategies for continuous integration, delivery, monitoring, and governance of AI solutions.
• Cost-Effective Solutioning: Identify and implement cost-effective solutions that meet current and future business needs without compromising performance or quality.
• AI Evaluation Frameworks: Develop and implement AI evaluation frameworks to measure the performance, fairness, and reliability of AI models and systems.
• Responsible AI & Compliance: Ensure all AI solutions adhere to principles of Responsible, Safe, and Ethical AI, including compliance with relevant AI regulations and data privacy standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Act as a subject matter expert, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.
• Innovation & Research: Drive innovation by researching emerging AI technologies, methodologies, and industry trends, and assess their applicability to business challenges.

Your skills and experience

Experience:

• 13+ years of progressive experience in software engineering, with at least 5+ years in AI/ML solution architecture roles.
• Extensive experience designing and implementing complex, large-scale AI/ML systems in production environments.
• Proven track record of leading technical teams and delivering successful AI projects.

Technical Skills:

• Deep expertise in Python programming and extensive experience with web frameworks like FastAPI or Flask.
• Architectural mastery of Google VertexAI platform and its various services.
• Profound understanding and hands-on experience with large language models, specifically the Gemini Model, including fine-tuning and deployment strategies.
• Expertise in designing and implementing advanced conversational AI systems using Dialogflow CX.
• Extensive experience with ADK or LangGraph or similar frameworks for designing and orchestrating complex AI agents and workflows.
• Deep understanding of Agentic AI principles, design patterns, and system architectures.
• Expertise in API design, microservices architecture, MCP architecture and enterprise integration patterns.

Cloud & Data Architecture:

• Architectural expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) with services including CloudRun/GKE, BigQuery, CloudSQL, GCS and cloud composer.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing, data lakes, and real-time data processing architectures.
• Proficiency in infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform.

MLOps & AgentOps:

• Strong experience designing and implementing end-to-end MLOps and AgentOps pipelines and strategies.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices for AI/ML workloads.

AI Governance & Ethics:

• Demonstrated understanding of AI evaluation frameworks, responsible AI principles, and relevant AI regulations.
• UI Frameworks (Nice to have): Experience with modern UI frameworks such as Svelte, Angular, Django, or Streamlit to guide front-end integration.

Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:

• Exceptional analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities, capable of breaking down complex problems into architectural components.
• Ability to think critically and make informed architectural decisions under pressure, with a focus on cost-effectiveness.
