The Opportunity
Reporting to the Melbourne Office Manager, you will be responsible for providing high level administrative support across major infrastructure projects and multiple technical disciplines. This role plays a key part in supporting Engineers and Project Management professionals through the preparation and delivery of project documentation, reports, and plans.
Day-to-day responsibilities include document formatting, invoice creation and other financial administration tasks, meeting coordination and preparation, facilitating training and onboarding requirements, travel coordination, and managing a range of ad hoc administrative activities as required. The role also includes providing reception coverage and offers the opportunity to support and mentor junior administration team members.
You will be part of the Administrative Support team. While the position allows for a degree of autonomy, success in this role will be driven by your ability to contribute to a collaborative team culture and build strong working relationships with key internal stakeholders across administration and project teams.
KBR supports flexible working arrangements, with a requirement to attend the Melbourne office a minimum of three days per week. Who you are
You have experience in supporting projects in a consultancy environment which may an advantage but not a requirement and have proven experience working within a team.
You have demonstrated that you can build relationships with a variety of people from different professional backgrounds and disciplines. This gives you the ability to communicate effectively, both in person and via written communication.
