Summary:

The candidate will provide Field Sales and Operations support to the Consumer team of CSG, supporting a Strategic Global customer.  This position is responsible for Customer engagement and support, and will regularly interface directly with the Customer GSM and Operations Teams, including virtual and face to face visits.  Internally, this role involves broad cross functional internal engagement, including Field Sales, Customer Operations, Manufacturing Operations, Finance, and other support groups. This position will be based in Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Understanding the EMS and Module Integrator (MI) supply chain for a top tier strategic account with high revenue.   
  • Developing and maintain Customer, MI, and EMS relationships.
  • Work directly with Customer Asia Production Operations team to ensure high degree of satisfaction while ensuring that we provide the necessary product to meet the customers need.
  • Work closely with sales and manufacturing teams to proactively manage assigned customer’s demand.  
  • Continually monitor forward looking supply, inventory levels, and EMS and MI builds versus forecast.  Work with Supply Chain Ops to ensure that ADI is positioned to have accurate supply. 
  • Be the first line of contact for issues in Asia that include shortages, samples for new project development, price, and quality issues.  
  • Manage customers allocation requirements during product ramps and times of shortages in Asia
  • Work with global customer quality engineer team to ensure timely issue resolution.  

Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years’ experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in Sales or Customer Operations, with semiconductor industry strongly preferred. 
  • Be inquisitive and action-oriented, with a dedication to customer responsiveness.  Team Player.
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing and planning processes. 
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively service business with sense of accountability for positive results. 
  • Excellent organization skills. Be able to synthetize large amounts of data and develop it into a clear and concise picture
  • Problem solving skills, along with demonstrated analytical skills and business acumen. 
  • Strong English and Mandarin communication skill.
  • Willingness to travel as needed
