About the Role
The Security Manager – Americas, plays a critical role in executing and scaling the physical security program across the Americas region. This position serves as the primary field leader and operational partner to the business, translating security strategy into effective site-level execution while actively building demand for security services.
This role is ideal for a security professional who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys engaging with business leaders, and is motivated to grow and mature security programs through proactive partnership and influence.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Massachusetts is $84,400.00–$126,550.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
