Key responsibilities
- Inventory management: Receive merchandise shipments, process transfers, and maintain accurate stock records.
- Stockroom organization: Keep the back-of-house areas organized and clean, ensuring a smooth workflow for replenishing the sales floor.
- Floor replenishment: Move product from the stockroom to the sales floor to ensure the store is consistently well-stocked.
- Visual merchandising support: Assist with visual displays and floor sets to maintain the boutique's presentation and brand standards.
- Sales floor support: Help sales associates with tasks like ringing up sales, greeting customers, and providing an elevated customer experience.
- Peak period support: Provide additional support to the team during busy times, such as holidays and in-store events.
