Your impact
As an intern, you’ll make an impact by:
You will attend project meetings and actively participate in discussions regarding smart manufacturing initiatives.
You will assist in planning, executing, and evaluating digital or automation use cases.
You will develop optimized workflows for our clients and support in creating Business Process Maps.
You will support our management consultants in analysing business impact for digitalisation and automation use cases and help identify innovation opportunities in the industry.
You will support the project leads in developing and/or implementing a target operating model.
As an intern, you are encouraged to actively seek learning opportunities, whether through mentorship from experienced professionals or self-study. You will gain hands-on experience in Smart Manufacturing technologies, project management practices and contribute to projects that have real-world impact.

About you
You are currently pursuing a master's degree in: Business Engineering, Engineering, Management or a related field;
Languages: Fluent in French and English;
You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail;
You have strong written and verbal communication skills. You can clearly articulate ideas and information, and you are comfortable interacting with team members and stakeholders;
You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and have familiarity with project management tools;
You are flexible and open to working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
You are enthusiastic about manufacturing and gaining hands-on experience in project management;
You are a collaborative team player with a passion for innovation and improvement;
You possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written;
You are committed to delivering high-quality work and are attentive to maintaining standards in all your tasks;
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
