As the Scenario Design Enterprise Lead on our team, you’ll lead and advise the client in the planning, development, and execution of all fictional aspects of exercises throughout the operations process. Your team will work with the client to plan and prepare up to five major training events annually. You will design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by guiding your team. The client will trust you to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in the planning and execution of large-scale training events, you’ll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting your client’s mission. You’ll also broaden your expertise in problem management, strategic planning, reviewing contracts, and more. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
