The annual base salary range for this position:

zł80,400.00 - zł121,200.00

Individual pay will be based on various factors such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skill level, seniority, and internal equity.


Job Description:

This role will be supporting S2P Canada Shell Team. It is a shift worker position – it requires to work North America hours (mid Shift – 13:30 until 22:00).

Within Supply Chain, the Global Source-to-Pay (S2P) Operations team ensures seamless execution of end-to-end purchasing processes. This includes creating, reviewing, and updating purchase orders while maintaining compliance with contractual terms, pricing, and delivery requirement. 

Collaboration and integration are key aspects of this role, including working closely with business stakeholders, finance, accounts payable, and suppliers to facilitate a smooth purchasing process and ensure timely payments to vendors. 

Job Description:  
The SC Procurement Analyst position is a key member of the Krakow based Supply Chain (SC) Team supporting the upstream North American Shales business.  The organisation oversees the end-to-end Source to Pay (S2P) process, including the creation, review, and approval of purchase orders, ensuring compliance with contractual terms, pricing, and delivery requirements, including expediting deliveries. As an integral team member, the SC Procurement Analyst will collaborate with the Krakow and In-Country (Canada based), finance, accounts payable, and suppliers to facilitate a smooth purchasing process and ensure timely payments to vendors. The team will look to standardise and optimised the source-to-pay process, as well as identify opportunities to maximize the use of ERP (S4) automation capabilities and consolidate all transactional processing into CP Operations. Ensuring compliance with all Ethics & Compliance and Shell Control Framework requirements in the CP process is essential. The successful candidates will also seek and execute Continuous Improvements Projects (including “Just Do Its”) within the Source to Pay  process.
 
What you will be doing: 

  • Drive Procurement related activities in the Source-to-Pay Process 

  • Manage and drive (K)PI's related to MSC and Procurement performance 

  • Drive process and performance sustainability 

  • Identify improvement opportunities, provide business cases and data insight to enable value oriented decision making. 

  • Drive cross country (on regional level) operational and commercial opportunities 

  • Rationalize number of Suppliers, enforce optimal Buying Channel utilization to maximize commercial opportunities and operational efficiencies 

  • Actively monitor process execution performance and undertake proper corrective actions including coaching, training and escalating where needed. 

  • Handle and resolve escalated issues with support from more senior team members. 

  • Maintain ownership and accountability for end-to-end procurement activities, commitments, and results. 

What you will bring: 

  • Fluent in spoken and written English. 

  • Previous experience with supply chain/procurement will be an asset. 

  • Background with SAP would be considered an advantage. 

  • Interest in new technologies. 

  • Proven ability to take initiative, influence others, and make recommendation/decisions in a timely manner with imperfect data. 

  • Good analytical skills and ability to work with complex data. 

  • Ability to drive efficiency & effectiveness. 

  • Team player with high driven and ability to build long term relationships.

Employees working on shift system are entitled to an extra pay of 30% of their daily base salary for each day of work on afternoon shift.
