Key Responsibilities
Systems Analysis and Problem Solving:
Analyze and troubleshoot complex computer and system problems to ensure the technology infrastructure supports the organization's business operations effectively.
Ensure that IT systems meet organizational requirements and recommend improvements where necessary.
System Design and Planning:
Plan and design new computer systems and upgrades to existing systems based on business needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Identify and propose ways to enhance existing systems and resources for more efficient use in additional business operations.
System Studies and Implementation:
Conduct detailed system studies and evaluations to help the organization realize the maximum benefit from investments in technology, personnel, and business processes.
Provide insights on improving business processes through better use of systems and technology.
Technology Integration and Optimization:
Implement technology solutions that optimize performance and align with organizational strategy.
Ensure smooth integration of new systems or processes into the organization’s current operations.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
5 - 7 years of experience in systems analysis, design, and implementation.
Experience in identifying and solving complex IT issues and optimizing system performance.
Knowledge of various programming languages and database management systems.
Strong understanding of systems development life cycle (SDLC) and IT project management practices.
