Reimagine What’s Possible
Core Roles and Responsibilities (Administrator & Configurator)
- User Management & Security: Managing user licenses, profiles, permission sets, and roles to ensure secure access control.
- System Configuration & Customization: Developing custom apps, objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and custom settings to align with business processes.
- Design page layouts, Lightning record pages, and compact layouts to improve user experience and productivity.
- Install and configure third-party applications from the Salesforce AppExchange.
- Automation & Workflow: Using declarative tools like Flow Builder, validation rules, and approval processes to reduce manual tasks.
- Data Management: Importing, exporting, cleaning, and updating data to maintain high integrity. Perform regular data cleansing, deduplication, and bulk imports/exports using tools like Data Loader.
- Reports & Dashboards: Creating actionable analytics and visual tools for team performance monitoring. Create custom reports and interactive dashboards to track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive data-informed decisions
- Support & Training: Serving as the technical point of contact to troubleshoot user issues, manage support tickets, and provide training on new features.
- System Optimization & Maintenance: Evaluating new Salesforce releases, managing AppExchange apps, and maintaining data storage.
Business Process Automation:
- Declarative Tools: Use tools like Flow Builder (primary), Validation Rules, and Approval Processes to automate repetitive manual tasks.
- Requirement Translation: Collaborate with stakeholders to turn business needs into functional technical solutions.
Platform Maintenance:
- Release Management: Stay updated on Salesforce's thrice-yearly releases (Winter, Spring, Summer) and test new features in Sandbox environments before rolling them out.
- System Health: Conduct regular audits and health checks to optimize system performance and security
- Handling BAU activities such as Incident Management, adhoc requests/queries, Data manipulation (cleaning/updating records), Basic configuration (field updates, page layout tweaks).
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Expertise
- 4+ years architecting solutions on Salesforce (Sales Cloud required; Service, Experience, CLM a plus).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce data model, metadata architecture, integration options, API limits, and platform constraints.
- Experience with multi cloud architectures and largescale enterprise environments for Manufacturing Industry.
- Familiarity with integration platforms, middleware patterns, and enterprise data flows.
Functional & Program Skills
- Ability to interpret global business processes and translate them into future state designs.
- Experience working with a System Integrator and managing design alignment from the client side.
- Strong understanding of governance, DevOps, environments, and release management.
Soft Skills
- Exceptional communication and executive level presentation abilities.
- Strong influencing skills across technical and non‑technical teams.
- Ability to balance strategic architecture with practical delivery constraints.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, CTA, Sales & Service Cloud Consultant).
- Experience with CLM solutions such as Agiloft or similar technology.
- Background supporting global, multiregional Salesforce deployments.
