Job Description

Salesforce is a key tool used within the business and, as a Technology team, we always aim to be at the forefront of providing the best support possible to our users. With that optic, we are looking for an experienced and energetic individual to join our support team as a salesforce administrator. Our team’s goal is to create scalable and innovative solutions, deliver best-in-class technology, and enable intuitive apps for business users. Success in this role will be based on your ability to channel your observations from working sessions or self-driven analysis into actionable tasks.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent relevant experience
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is Plus
• 2-3 years previous experience with Salesforce & its technologies
• Create VisualForce pages
• Experience in LWC (Lighting wed components) , Data loader
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Strong work ethic
• Analytical
• Attention to detail
• Ability to priorities and escalate issues when needed
• Support experience
• Dedicated to continuous improvement

Shift Timings: 3 PM IST to 12 PM IST

Key Roles and Responsibilities

System Configuration and Customization

• Customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, and record types to meet business requirements.
• Configure workflow rules, process builder, validation rules, and approval processes to automate business processes.

User Management:

• Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets.
• Provide user training and support to ensure effective utilization of Salesforce.
• Data Management:
• Import and export data using data loader and other Salesforce data migration tools.
• Perform data cleanup, deduplication, and maintenance tasks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

System Maintenance and Security:

• Perform regular system maintenance tasks such as backup and restore, sandbox refresh, and platform upgrades.
• Implement and enforce security policies and best practices to protect sensitive data.

Reporting and Analytics:

• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into sales performance and business metrics.
• Customize reports and dashboards based on user requirements.
