SALES TRAINING MANAGER EMEAP (M/F/D)
The Opportunity
This position works out of our location in Wiesbaden (Abbott GmbH) in the Abbott Diabetes Care division that is focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions.
The EMEAP Sales Training Manager is responsible for the end-to-end design, deployment, and optimization of commercial training initiatives across EMEAP, ensuring high-quality execution aligned with regional strategy and global standards.
The role operates with a high level of autonomy, acting as the primary execution owner for sales training programs, onboarding, and capability development, while working closely with the EMEAP commercial capability lead on strategically material initiatives.
