As our BDR sales trainer, you will work as part of the people team managing the onboarding, training, and skills progression for our team of business development representatives (BDRs).
We are a training organization at our core and looking for the right person who is passionate about sales, training, coaching, and pedagogy. This role is vital for the continued success of the organization as it impacts our core objectives of continuously improving employee skills, employee satisfaction, and customer satisfaction.
This is a remote role and remote learning environment. Your primary objective will be to help The Sales Factory take the best candidates from across the country looking to break into B2B tech sales and turn them into the best well rounded BDRs and future sales leaders in the shortest period of time through continuous learning.
