Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Sales Engineer – Global Strategic Accounts (GSA) is responsible for providing technical pre-sales support to Global Strategic Accounts, ensuring the successful execution of demonstrations, pilots, and complex technical projects.

This role will be located in Mexico City, Mexico, with high availability for national travel.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

Acting as the technical pre-sales expert supporting Global Strategic Accounts and assigned KAMs.

Planning, coordinating, and executing equipment demonstrations, pilots, and proof-of-concept activities at customer production lines.

Managing the full technical execution cycle, including internal approvals, logistics coordination, equipment installation, and on-site support.

Providing direct technical support to customers, answering questions related to equipment performance, consumables, and application design.

Handling technical objections from global and strategic customers in a professional and structured manner.

Working independently on-site when required, with or without KAM’s presence, depending on project needs.

Traveling approximately 50% of the time across Mexico, including occasional extended stays at customer sites, depending on project duration.

The essential requirements of the job include:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Industrial, or similar).

Proven experience in technical pre-sales, application engineering, or industrial technical support.

Demonstrated experience working with industrial equipment installed on production lines (manufacturing, packaging, automation, measurement equipment).

Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the time nationally, including overnight stays as required.
