Pay: Commission pay plan with base and incentives. Currently offering a $3,500 monthly guarantee for the first 90 days of employment.

Schedule: Weekend availability required

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Reliable, shows up ready to work
  • Demonstrated success in sales, preferably in automotive
  • Prior customer service experience required
  • Outgoing personality, ability to guide customers with their needs
  • Knowledgeable on products, features and industry
  • Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record

Responsibilities:

  • Great customers in prompt, friendly and professional manner
  • Provide professional product presentations to all customers
  • Offer and accompany customers on vehicle demonstrations
  • Gather customer contact information and enter into CRM
  • Schedule customer appointments daily
  • Build and maintain knowledge of product information, current sales pricing and manufacturer promotions
