As part of the Planning Design and Construction Strategic Sales Manager team, you will have upstream responsibility for the Endo business by developing, coordinating and executing sales efforts and strategies to meet sales objectives with sales leaders and key customers. As part of the PDC SSM team, this role will be responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy at the area level for architects, equipment planners and upcoming large projects. They will support the area and regional level in developing successful IDN strategies for the Endo business in concert with strategic sales. This role will develop, implement and enhance analytical tools in the form of medical construction data and salesforce data; They will provide training, resource support and upstream foundational information as necessary to support area level sales and efforts with key customers. Engages Sales Representatives and Regional Management to facilitate and drive coordination 2 – 5 years out. Actively seeks and facilitates large Key Account opportunities, has interfaces with high-level customers and leads C-Suite interactions.
