Purpose
We are seeking highly motivated and digitally knowledge Sales Representatives to join our Cardiometabolic Health (CMH) Team in Portugal. The successful candidates will drive sales and strategic territory management and leadership, engaging with healthcare providers (HCPs) in general practice, endocrinology, internal medicine, while adhering to company compliance guidelines and Portuguese regulations.
Responsibilities
Within this role you will be able to effectively run a defined territory with both virtual and face to face opportunities to meet or exceed your objectives, while engaging with customers compliantly to strengthen our reputation as a preferred partner.
• Develop/Plan and implement effective territory-based selling strategies for the CMH portfolio in Portugal, leveraging digital tools and platforms for customer engagement/management (CRM systems, data analytics, and digital marketing; digital trends (AI)/solutions)
• Manage comprehensively across different specialties, ensuring patient flow within the assigned sales territory, identifying growth opportunities, and maximizing product penetration.
• Engage in valuable patient centric dialogues and provide resources to serve customer needs, expectations, and challenges to build both ways trusted customer relationships
• Execute marketing/brand strategy at local level and use resources appropriately
• Within Lilly’s policies and procedures, collaborate with cross-functional customer-facing team to create outstanding customers experiences and to ensure the success of commercial strategies. Demonstrate teamwork and a willingness to support and learn from colleagues.
• Organize and participate in promotional events, congresses, to increase product visibility and build relationships with key opinion leaders.
• Develop and maintain strong disease state and product knowledge (ongoing scientific knowledge)

Required Basic Qualifications:
• Life Science or Business Administration University Degree
• Fluent in Portuguese and English
• Valid driver’s license
• Qualified candidates must live in Lisbon (area) and locally authorized to be employed in Portugal
