The Role 

We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to innovate, win, and grow with us in our Portsmouth Office (Hybrid), or Remote if living in the U.S. on EST or CST Time Zones.

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will leverage your business, analytical, and technical skills to build efficient, effective, and scalable processes and operations to drive the success of the Paymode Vendor Sales Team. You will work closely with the Vendor Sales Leadership team and the extended Revenue Operations and Enablement teams to identify growth and efficiency opportunities and develop and implement strategies to operationalize those opportunities. You will help drive strategic programs to enable the Sales team to operate successfully across the customer lifecycle.    

How You’ll Contribute:

  • Support, enhance, and optimize the sales bookings forecasting process to enable an accurate deal-level and aggregated forecast with potential risks and opportunities identified. 
  • Provide reporting, dashboard, insights, and actions related to sales pipeline and velocity at the rep, team, and organizational levels. 
  • Partner with sales leaders to assist with a range of operational activities including territory and account assignments, sales activity dashboards and productivity measurements, quarterly business reviews, quarterly talent reviews. 
  • Support and govern sales data hygiene, process adherence and optimization within Salesforce; partner with IT to identify and implement system and process enhancement opportunities.
  • Manage the workflow for pricing files and support sales on creating customer-facing proposals for strategic and complex deal structures.

  • 4-5+ years or similar professional experience in a Sales Operations/Revenue Operations role partnering with sale teams, preferably within a global technology company. 
  • Experience or comfortability with sales and revenue operations software such as Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, PowerBI, AI-tools, etc.
  • Able to work cross-functionally with multiple departments, communicate effectively to stakeholders in multiple levels of the company, and lead training and presentations. 
  • Ability to turn data insights into action with a logical, organized, and methodical approach to problem solving.   
  • Highly organized and motivated with an ability to work across different tasks and activities.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a dynamic environment, taking on a variety of tasks and activities.
  • Bachelor’s level degree in a relevant field. 
  • Experience with sales process, sales operational process documentation and implementation, territory design, etc.
