About the role:
We’re seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead an oCFO sales team responsible for our treasury and payments solutions for corporate and government clients. You’ll manage a high-performing team of account managers, hunters, and farmers, driving growth through strategic leadership, market insight, and cross-functional collaboration.

 

About the team:
FIS' oCFO  team targets our corporate and government clients for our full oCFO solution set.   FIS is recognized as a global leader in the Treasury and Payments space, with a broad portfolio of solutions that help corporations and governments around the world optimize their liquidity and manage risk across the financial landscape. With market-leading solutions including Quantum, Integrity, and Trax, FIS is proud to be recognized as the Treasury technology leader, serving over 30% of the global Fortune 1000.

 

What you will be doing:
•Lead and mentor a sales team, setting goals and monitoring performance.  
•Drive new business and expand existing accounts.  
•Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.  
• Build long-term client relationships and represent FIS at industry events.  
• Partner with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure success.  

 

What you will need: 
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.  
• Strong leadership, coaching, and organizational skills.  
•Deep knowledge of treasury products and financial/payment solutions.  
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.  
• Proven track record in sales management; industry involvement preferred.  
•Ability to travel as required.  

 

Added bonus if you have: 
•Experience selling complex Treasury solutions  
•ERP experience, specifically selling Financial Applications
•Strong Consulting sales experience

FIS is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $138,850.00 - $229,120.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
