What you’ll do at Elekta
As Sales Manager for Croatia and the Balkan region, you will lead and execute Elekta’s commercial strategy in your territory. Your focus will be on driving sustainable sales growth, expanding market presence, and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction across Elekta’s full portfolio of solutions.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Service, Marketing, and Clinical Specialists—to ensure alignment with local market needs and Elekta’s regional objectives. This role requires strong leadership within a matrix organization, influencing without direct authority, and building trusted relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement the sales strategy and business plan for the assigned territory.
Define targeted sales and marketing initiatives based on local market dynamics and customer needs.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Coordinate and influence teams across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Clinical Specialists to deliver cohesive customer solutions.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and joint planning to optimize performance.
Customer Engagement:
Act as a trusted advisor to customers, shaping solutions that meet clinical, technical, and financial needs.
Deliver compelling presentations and champion the use of Customer Lifecycle Management tools.
Sales Operations & Forecasting:
Manage budgets, forecasts, and sales funnels to track performance and identify opportunities.
Pursue new business opportunities and provide structured reporting on activities and results.
Market Intelligence & Product Launch:
Capture and share market insights to inform strategy.
Support commercialization and introduction of new products.
Compliance & Continuous Improvement:
Ensure adherence to quality procedures and industry regulations.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement and embody Elekta’s values.
What You Bring
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in capital equipment or medical technology sectors for more than 5+ plus yrs of experience.
Experience in both marketing and direct sales, ideally within oncology or med-tech solutions.
Strong understanding of distributor and partner channel management.
Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close complex deals.
Bachelor’s degree in science, healthcare, engineering, or business (or equivalent experience).
Fluent in English; additional regional language Croatian is a plus.
Ability to work in a corporate, matrixed, and multicultural environment.

This is an office-based role with the expectation of working 4 days a week from the office.
