About the Role
As a Senior Solution Consultant, you will be part of the tight knit pre-sales team. This is the team that has the knowledge of our products. You will be bringing your pre-sales consulting expertise to help MYOB prospects, customers, and partners. You will be collaborating with Sales and partner teams to understand customer needs, design impactful solutions and present them to prospective customers to win their trust and business. You will be the champion in your industry and contribute industry insights and technical expertise to enable and educate customers and wider MYOB Teams. 

What You'll be doing
·         Own the pre-sales engagement of the sales process with sales team and partners to achieve revenue targets.
·         Conduct solution discoveries with prospects to understand problems, process limitations and impact of the problems.
·         Build impactful solutions that addresses the needs of the prospective customer. 
·         Conduct solution presentation / product demo to potential MYOB ERP Prospects, both in person and remote.
·         Work with sales and implementation teams to develop solution proposals and implementation approach.
·         Improve and expand documentation, presentation, proposals, ROI models, and presentations to effectively showcase our solutions and value it delivers.
·         Secure technical closure for opportunities, enabling sales team progression to commercial negotiations.
·         Collaborate with customers and implementation teams to address potential implementation obstacles and ensure a positive customer experience.
·         Develop collateral and training to help sales teams position end-to-end solutions.
·         Stay updated with product roadmaps, development progress, and competitor offerings.

About You
·     Proven experience of pre-sales / Implementation experience working with ERP / CRM / Payroll and workforce management solutions.
·         Experience Implementing or selling cloud ERP solutions like MYOB Acumatica, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Pronto, Epicor, Wiise, Sage or others desirable
·         Ability to engage in deep conversations with potential customers to understand their needs and guide them towards the best solution. 
·         A good understanding of business processes and workflow and different persona
·         Delivering compelling and informative presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
·         Ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the customer organization. 
·         Self starter and keen to keep up to date on industry trends, competitor analysis, and market dynamics. 
·         Limited Interstate/International travel is expected
