Brief Description of the Position: We are seeking a proactive and agile individual to review the in-store execution in partnership with our marketing agency. The ideal candidate should possess junior commercial skills and have experience working in merchandising agencies.

Job Description:
This role is part of the Field Sales/Store Development Org/Merchandiser team at Procter & Gamble. As a sales non-management career member, you will contribute to executing strategies within your team or organization. Your focus will be on specific tasks or segments within the field execution team with clearly defined objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and assist in executing strategies in team or organization.
Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
Collaborate and network effectively within immediate team or work domain as required to maximize job impact and personal learning.
Job Qualifications
Graduated from a university degree with maximum 3 years of related working experience
Prior experience in field sales or retail merchandising is beneficial but not mandatory.
Commercial skills and interest.
Proficient in Excel
Strong collaborative skills for effective internal influence.
Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
Commitment to acting in compliance with legal and internal stewardship requirements.
Eligible to work in Colombia.
Live in Bogotá.
