We are looking for a motivated individual to join a high-performing team and supercharge sales execution for the USIS business unit. You will be primarily responsible for the environment that houses our business unit CRM analytics, driving the creation, enhancement, and evolution of our user dashboarding and performance tools. This role is pivotal in ensuring the sales team receives accurate, timely analytics and insights to win in the market! As a key player in our sales transformation, your work will directly empower leadership to make smarter, faster decisions that drive our bottom line.

 

This role reports to the Senior Director, Sales Operations & Analytics and will be a hybrid workplace model offering the flexibility to work remotely as well as in our office complex in Alpharetta, GA. (This is not a fully-remote role)

This position does not offer immigration sponsorship (current or future) including F-1 STEM OPT extension support.

What you’ll do:

Tableau Dashboarding (70% time allocation)

  • Requires developing in depth knowledge of Salesforce data, Xactly data, USIS sales structure, customer data and Tableau expertise within Equifax.

  • Responsibility to demonstrate technical expertise through building, maintaining and enhancing dashboard ecosystem.

  • This role maintains datasets on a daily basis, sourced from salesforce and other systems to drive internal insights.

  • Responsible for distributing weekly Executive Dashboards for use of Sales Leaders and Finance teams

  • Partners to drive change management, adoption and awareness with larger enablement organization.

  • Partners with technology team to address performance and licensing needs as well as new feature rollout.
     

Cross Functional Responsibilities (30% time allocation)

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate data handoff, capture enhancement requests, assist in design process and testing of new enhancements driving global priorities in partnership with other BUs.

  • Participate in execution of major priorities across sales operations and enablement spanning analytics, sales comp & sales data systems.

  • Participate in ad-hoc data analysis to support programs and projects as needed.

What experience you need:

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, reporting, sales operations, or dashboard building.

  • Tableau expertise is critical; Certification is preferred, or equivalent high-level BI visualization experience.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; ability to navigate complex datasets and perform data manipulation is essential.

  • Experience with CRM & Data Platforms such as Salesforce, Xactly, and BigQuery.

  • Stakeholder Management: A proven track record of managing diverse perspectives from multiple sales leaders, with the ability to reconcile conflicting feedback and drive consensus.

  • Sales Compensation Context: Familiarity with Xactly and an understanding of how sales compensation structures influence territory management and revenue reporting.
