Performs as part of a team responsible for enabling the company's CRM goals and driving customer engagement through the utilization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, analytics, and technical skills.

• Performs data analytics across all marketing campaigns and channels to identify opportunities, audience trends, and key insights to drive better business decisions and engagement.

• Leads discussions with internal leaders and managers to understand campaign objectives then utilizes platform expertise and data-driven analytics to provide them the needed visibility and strategic recommendations.

• Delivers ongoing campaign performance analysis and reporting for all marketing initiatives with managers and maintains the accuracy of the underlying data.

• Designs and delivers automated marketing performance reporting and dashboards to Marketing Leaders and their teams to increase visibility and track key performance indicators/metrics.

• Assists in the creation and optimization of campaign assets, including landing pages, email communications, and general messaging, applying a data-driven approach to improve conversion and effectiveness.

Sales Excellence Analyst
 

As part of the CRM team, you will be responsible for enabling the company's CRM goals and driving customer engagement. This role requires a blend of technical skills within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, strong analytical capabilities, and a collaborative spirit to support our campaign objectives.
 

What you’ll do

  • Perform data analytics across all marketing campaigns and channels to identify opportunities, audience trends, and key insights to drive better business decisions and engagement.
     

  • Lead discussions with marketing leaders and managers to understand campaign objectives, then utilize platform expertise and data-driven analytics to provide them with the needed visibility and strategic recommendations.
     

  • Lead the end-to-end technical build, segmentation, testing, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud for various customer and prospect audiences.
     

  • Deliver ongoing campaign performance analysis and reporting for all marketing initiatives with managers and maintain the accuracy of the underlying data.
     

  • Design and deliver automated marketing performance reporting and dashboards to Marketing Leaders and their teams to increase visibility and track key performance indicators/metrics.
     

  • Assist in the creation and optimization of campaign assets, including landing pages, email communications, and general messaging, applying a data-driven approach to improve conversion and effectiveness.

What experience you need

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience building, testing, and executing campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with proven ability to create dashboards and reports to track campaign performance.

  • Demonstrated experience with audience segmentation and data management within a marketing automation platform.

  • Proficiency in HTML and CSS for building and optimizing emails and landing pages.

  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

What could set you apart

  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant).

  • Deep experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and AMPScript.

  • Proficiency with SQL for complex data segmentation and analysis.

  • Experience with A/B testing methodologies and campaign optimization strategies.

  • Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau or Datorama (Marketing Cloud Intelligence).
