As a Sales Development Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and performance of the retail network through data analysis, business monitoring, and commercial insights. Working closely with the Sales Development & Support Senior Manager, you will contribute to identifying opportunities to improve sales performance, optimize processes, and support network expansion initiatives. This role combines analytical work with commercial insight, offering the opportunity to actively contribute to strategic decisions within the gaming and betting industry.

 

What you’ll do:

  • Prepare and monitor periodic reports on sales performance, retail network KPIs, and commercial results.

  • Analyze sales data, margins, and product performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

  • Support the evaluation of the sales cycle and commercial pipeline, contributing to network expansion initiatives.

  • Conduct market and competitive analyses within the gaming and betting sector.

  • Monitor the performance of the retail network and sales force, identifying areas for optimization.

  • Support the preparation of P&L analyses by channel and point of sale in collaboration with the Finance division.

  • Contribute to the preparation of business cases and analyses for new openings and commercial initiatives.

  • Support the coordination of communications and initiatives directed to the retail network.

  • Monitor and analyse sales force incentive programs and performance.

  • Conduct geomarketing analyses to support the scouting and evaluation of new points of sale.

  • Perform profitability and P&L analyses for the direct sales channel.

 

What you’ll bring:

  • Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Statistics, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in analytical or sales support roles within structured organizations, preferably in retail environments.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret business performance data and KPIs.

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Proactive mindset and ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of BI tools such as Qlik or similar platforms is a plus.
