Our Inside Sales team at S&P Dow Jones Indices (S&P DJI) in Dubai is a collaborative group dedicated to building relationships and driving business growth with global strategic clients. As a Sales Associate, you'll play a vital role in supporting the full sales cycle, managing interactions with clients, and identifying new opportunities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service, enhance the sales process, and contribute to the overall sales strategy while performing work effectively under general guidance.

You will make a significant impact by supporting our Client Coverage and Client Success teams while driving performance for the Inside Sales team. By taking accountability for individual and team targets, you will help resolve varied and non-routine client issues. Your ability to interpret and clarify technical information will ensure our clients receive exceptional service, directly contributing to our broader business objectives and living the S&P Global purpose and values.

Responsibilities:
Supporting Client Coverage colleagues throughout the sales lifecycle by exchanging factual information with immediate team members and routine stakeholders.
Driving customer satisfaction and adoption within existing accounts through active listening and seeking to understand client perspectives and concerns.
Responding to inquiries related to licensing, billing, renewals, and client maintenance, prioritizing tasks based on their importance and urgency.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams (such as Finance, Product Management, and Legal) to enhance sales processes and strategies, contributing to team initiatives to improve our business area.
Overseeing agreement drafting and negotiation with internal and external legal teams.
Maintaining accurate CRM records (Salesforce) of leads and client interactions for analysis and reporting.
Identifying and qualifying potential leads through research and outreach, proactively identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
All employees are required to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
What We're Looking For:
Basic Required Qualifications:
An S&P Global employee at this level would typically have 2 + years of experience in supporting the full sales cycle, managing interactions with clients, and identifying new opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Proven ability to meet targets and performance metrics while taking accountability for your results.
We require all candidates who reach the final stage of our interview process to attend at least one in-person interview, which is ordinarily at your nearest S&P Global office. This must be completed before we can proceed to an offer.
