Job Description:

Our plant in Neckarbischofsheim currently develops and manufactures precision quartz crystals and quartz oscillators with around 125 employees. These are used in telecommunications, testing and measurement technology, medical technology, and radar systems.

You report to the Quality Manager and are part of our logistics and quality team in the incoming goods inspection area.

Further details on expectations and responsibilities in this role:

• You inspect parts received from suppliers and ensure they match the delivery documents and the approved manufacturer list
• You ensure that shipments are properly packaged and labeled
• You carry out incoming goods inspections according to inspection plans, including visual and dimensional quality checks, and document the results in the ERP and QM systems
• You scrap and book out materials, perform inventory postings, manage blocked stock, and prepare inspected goods for internal distribution, including packaging and labeling
• You perform initial sample inspections and support the approval process
• You handle supplier complaints, including returns and initiating immediate corrective actions, and coordinate shipment booking and pickup with couriers and freight forwarders
• You maintain and implement inspection plans and use various software tools and measuring equipment for incoming goods inspection
• You support regular inventories and actively contribute to inventory accuracy and warehouse management

• Sie überprüfen die von den Lieferanten erhaltenen Teile und stellen sicher, dass sie mit den Lieferdokumenten und der Liste der zugelassenen Hersteller übereinstimmen
• Sie stellen sicher, dass die Sendungen ordnungsgemäß verpackt und etikettiert sind
• Sie führen Wareneingangskontrollen nach Prüfplan durch, inklusive visueller und messtechnischer Qualitätsprüfungen, und dokumentieren die Ergebnisse im ERP- und QM-System
• Sie verschrotten und buchen Materialien aus, führen Lagerbuchungen durch, verwalten das Sperrlager und bereiten geprüfte Waren für die interne Verteilung vor, inklusive Verpackung und Kennzeichnung.
• Sie führen Erstmusterprüfungen durch und wirken bei der Freigabe mit.
• Sie bearbeiten Lieferantenbeanstandungen, einschließlich Rückversand und Einleitung von Sofortmaßnahmen, und koordinieren die Buchung sowie Abholung der Sendungen mit Kurieren und Spediteuren.
• Sie pflegen und setzen Prüfpläne um und nutzen verschiedene Software- und Prüfmittel für die Wareneingangskontrolle.
• Sie unterstützen bei regelmäßigen Inventuren und tragen aktiv zur Bestandsgenauigkeit und zum Lagermanagement bei.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Preferably completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or a similar qualification
• Several years of professional experience preferred
• Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• You are honest, reliable, and enjoy your work
• Good command of German and English (spoken and written)
• The position is based on-site at the company location

Qualifikation und Erfahrungen

• Gerne mit abgeschlosser Berufsausbildung als Industriekaufmann/-frau o.ä.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung bevorzugt
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP Systemen ist von Vorteil
