The M&A Team in Italy is growing and looking for a motivated, Risk Consultant to join them!
 
The M&A team is currently going through a period of significant growth in the market whilst also servicing an existing large base of clients. Consultants in the M&A team work on a wide range of interesting projects including ESG management consultancy, advisory and due diligence covering decarbonization.
 
To support the successful delivery of our growth ambition, the team is looking to appoint a motivated, detail-oriented entry level ESG Consultant who will support with the delivery of ESG related services to a range of clients from the financial services (including private equity) and the corporate sector (manufacturing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food etc.) and with a passion for sustainability.
 
Our office is in Milan, and we offer flexible working arrangements.
 
 Job Responsibilities:
Audits on environmental, social, governance (ESG) issues, to help companies and corporations identifying reputational risks and opportunities for sustainable development.
Support on Risk Activities (focus on IT risks)
support on risk side DD ESG / ESG strategy for asset managers and funds also in relation to Sustainable Financial Disclosure Regulation (SFDR)
ESG reporting for asset managers and corporate
Supporting project managers in requested activities such as research for information, writing reports, proposal preparation, etc.
Delivering multiple project tasks or components, including proposals
 
About you:
Experience across Risk Management and in consulting environment.
A master’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, Finance or other relevant disciplines.
Working knowledge of Italian and English (C1) is required, knowledge of other languages will be considered as a plus (preferred French and/or Spanish).
Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently.
