Job Description Summary

The Risk and Assurance Manager is responsible for identifying and monitoring operational risks, executing assurance programs, and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulatory and organizational requirements. The role partners closely with stakeholders to deliver clear reporting, drive timely remediation, and support continuous improvement through process enhancements, training, and targeted assurance activities.

About the Role:

  • Identify, assess, and monitor operational risks, and review business processes, projects, and controls for compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Execute assurance programs, conduct testing, and evaluate the effectiveness of internal control systems and procedural compliance.
  • Identify issues and non‑conformities, delivering clear, actionable recommendations and supporting remediation follow‑up with stakeholders.
  • Prepare clear assurance reports, insights, and ad‑hoc analysis for internal stakeholders and leadership.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including training, awareness programs, and process enhancements.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Risk, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in operational risk, assurance, internal controls, or similar disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, project management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently.
  • Analytical, detail‑oriented, and proactive team player with high integrity and professional‑level English proficiency.
