This role sits within the RGM structure that is accountable for achieving bold growth and profitability aspirations and further driving the shift to a sell-out & consumer focused business.
Growth and profitability will be achieved via thought partnership on Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Planning, Customer Planning, Sales Performance Management and On and Off trade activations and assets.
This role will also be accountable for achieving behavior change and upskilling our Sales, Marketing, Demand Planning and Finance teams through the development and deployment of learning solutions.

About the team:
Purpose of Role
The RGM Specialist – Mexico is a key role to drive the Growth discipline including RGM, commercial planning, customer planning, and performance management in Diageo Mexico.
Financial Accountability
Responsible for the strategic delivery of the full business top-line performance and Operating Margin/Profit targets.
Key Functional Responsibilities
Assist in finding opportunities for efficiency, simplification, and continuous improvement in RGM processes such as Promo Planning Process, IBP Cycle, JBPs.
Handle and maintain RGM databases, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and availability.
Support updating, automation and simplification of analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting processes (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
Run regular data checks, reports, and analyses that feed into commercial planning, pricing, and performance management
Provide operational support to RGM managers in preparing materials for reviews, planning sessions, and performance routines
Handle high level of Complexity – Ability to work across selling divisions, and multiple functions to educate and embed the revenue growth management discipline to their respective business units.
Key Leadership Responsibilities
Partner with RGM team members to deliver timely and reliable data support and efficient decision making
Work closely with Commercial, Demand Planning and Finance teams to align inputs and ensure consistency in reporting
Act as a support hub for queries regarding RGM databases and analytical tools
Engage with global/regional RGM teams where required to adopt or adapt new reporting standards or tools
Qualifications & Experience Required
· Degree in Business, Economics or Engineering, , or related field.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency English/ Spanish (90%), Microsoft Office (Excel Intermediate) and ideally exposure to Power BI, SQL, or Python for data handling/automation
· 1–3 years of professional experience (internships, trainee programs, or analyst roles desirable)
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work with large datasets
· P&L and broader financial understanding.
· Self – Starter, able to influence the business around a clear goal and engage key interested parties at all levels.
· Ability to prioritize and collaborate with a sense of urgency
