The Role
This role will report to the Reward Manager and will be responsible for supporting the team in providing specialist support to the business. The role holder will work collaboratively with the wider People and Culture team to ensure the delivery of a high level, accurate service and will ensure the timely delivery of tasks. This role is a 6-month FTC.
The Performance, Reward and Global Mobility Team
Together the team is responsible for managing the reward, benefits, pensions and global mobility offering across the EMEAPAC region. The team work closely with colleagues across the People and Culture department to support the development of competitive and varied strategies that help drive and reward high performance.
