Responsibilities:
- Promote an inclusive, safety‑first culture and support organizational initiatives.
- Serve as a trusted HR resource, providing clear guidance and consistent support to employees and leaders.
- Partner with HR teammates to support shared‑services projects and continuous improvement efforts.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple business units.
- Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and compliance with employment laws.
- Track recruiting activity and share progress updates with leaders.
- Maintain HR systems data accuracy and generate reports as needed.
- Assist with policy compliance, training delivery, and HR process improvements.
- Stay current on HR trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or relevant field
- 1+ years of Human Resources experience
- Foundational understanding of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and HR processes.
- Basic understanding of benefits, payroll, recruiting, and compensation structures
- Project management, time management and organization skills
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred
