About the role:

As the Restaurants and Bar Manager, you will report to the Director of Food & Beverage and play a key role in the leadership team. You will oversee the strategic and operational success of our outlets, ensuring guests receive the highest level of food quality and service. This role combines creativity, business acumen, and people leadership to deliver exceptional dining experiences while managing budgets, labor costs, and operational efficiency.

What You will do:

  • Create and maintain an elegant dining environment with superior staff, ensuring an attentive and distinctive experience across all meal periods.
  • Lead all aspects of team management, including hiring, training, supervising, and conducting performance evaluations to build a high-performing, guest-focused team.
  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining consistent service standards, anticipating supply needs, and monitoring the condition of facilities and equipment.
  • Collaborate with culinary and F&B leadership on menu development, marketing strategies, and addressing guest feedback to enhance overall experience.
  • Drive financial performance through revenue forecasting, payroll preparation, cost control, and implementing strategies to improve profitability.
  • Act as a guest relations ambassador, promoting positive public relations and resolving complaints with professionalism and care.

What You will bring:

  • Proven leadership experience with at least 2 years in Food & Beverage management, supported by a bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong financial and analytical acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control expertise.
  • Hands-on, solution-oriented approach with a proactive, can-do attitude and ability to take ownership of tasks.
  • Creative and entrepreneurial mindset, bringing flair and innovation to enhance guest experiences and stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment.
  • Integrity and passion for hospitality, committed to delivering outstanding guest service and maintaining excellence in every detail.
