Reporting into the Workforce Partner Manager, the Resource Planning Lead will provide resource planning support for our Business Process Outsourcers (BPOs), ensuring alignment with service delivery goals and operational efficiency. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external partners, including a small, collaborative team, to enable smart, data-driven decisions and drive continuous improvement across operations. We’re looking for someone who is proactive and detail-oriented to support operational excellence through data management, process improvement, and validated scheduling.
Workforce Planning: Validate short- and medium-term work schedules to meet operational commitments. Seek overtime and allocate additional resources when required.
Forecasting for multiple lines of business and various contact types
BPO Collaboration: Work closely with our BPO partners to coordinate resource planning, share insights, and ensure consistent performance across outsourced operations.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Collate and analyse data using established tools and formats. Provide insights to support decision-making and drive continuous improvement.
Project Delivery: Contribute to projects by working within defined plans to achieve specific goals and milestones.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong working relationships across the organisation and with external partners, delivering high-quality services with support from senior colleagues.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Previous forecasting experience in a contact centre environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and departmental systems
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A continuous improvement mindset and willingness to learn
Confidence and professionalism in leading meetings and facilitating discussions with internal and external stakeholders
This role requires a minimum 3 days a week in the Brittania House office, Morley and these need to include Mondays and Fridays due to operational needs.
