Come join us in our state of the art office in Letterkenny as we are expanding. We are hiring a Procurement AI Analyst to join our Global Sourcing and Procurement (GSP) Organisation.
What you can expect
The Procurement AI Analyst will play a pivotal role within the Digital Innovation and Operational Excellence team in the Procurement organization. Operating within the newly expanded site in Letterkenny, Ireland, this position focuses on driving process improvement and operational excellence while leveraging emerging AI capabilities to enhance procurement workflows.
The role combines analytical thinking, process optimization, and innovative technology applications to deliver efficiency, cost savings, and improved user experiences across procurement operations.
What you will do
Process Analysis & Improvement
Assess procurement processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation and optimization.
Implement innovative solutions that streamline workflows and enhance operational performance.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment of process improvements with business objectives.
AI-Enabled Solutions
Support the design and deployment of AI-driven tools and solutions within procurement processes.
Translate business challenges into AI-ready workflows and queries to enable practical implementation.
Data & Insights
Analyze procurement data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for process improvements.
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance in AI-enabled solutions.
Maintain transparent documentation of processes, KPIs, and decision points for digital initiatives.
Change & Adoption
Champion the adoption of AI and digital tools within procurement, educating stakeholders on benefits and best practices.
Drive change management initiatives to embed innovation and continuous improvement into day-to-day operations.
What you will bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Technology, or related field.
3-6 years of experience in process analysis, operational excellence, or procurement functions.
Experience with AI concepts and tools (e.g., prompt engineering, generative AI platforms).
Strong data literacy and ability to interpret and communicate insights effectively.
Understanding of compliance, risk, and ethical considerations in technology-enabled processes.
