The Salvation Army (Salvos) is one of Australia’s largest providers of Alcohol and Other Drugs (AOD) programs, supporting individuals to build healthier lives through compassion, dignity and evidence based treatment options. Our residential rehabilitation services offer safe, structured therapeutic environments where participants can recover, rebuild connections, and develop long term wellbeing.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring our programs remain accessible, responsive and client centred—supporting people from their first point of referral through to residential admission.
About the role
As a Victorian Residential Rehabilitation Intake Coordinator, you will be the first point of support for individuals seeking entry into the Salvos’ residential rehabilitation programs across Bendigo Bridge, Bridgehaven and The Basin. This is your opportunity to shape positive outcomes through maintaining waitlists, coordinating bed allocations, and delivering meaningful AOD support to clients waiting to enter treatment. You will help ensure safe, timely, and equitable access to life changing services.
Reporting to the Team leader the Victorian Residential Rehabilitation Practice Coordinator is a permanent, full-time position located in The Basin, Victoria.
Compensation is in accordance with the SCHADS Award, Level 5.
