About the role

We are seeking a Receptionist / Residential Sales Administrator to join our Launceston Real Estate office on a part-time basis (3 days a week - 15-20 hours a week) on a 12-month fixed term contract. This is a varied role that will see you manage Reception. support our sales team preparing marketing materials, assisting in the sales process and providing general administrative support.

Responsibilities

As a key member of the team, you will enjoy a varied day including:

• Providing reception duties for the Elders Launceston Office.
• Providing administrative support to the real estate team throughout the end-to-end sales process
• Preparing marketing materials
• Database management
• General administrative support

About you

To succeed at Elders, you will have:

• Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to providing a high level of customer service
• Experience in preparing print media (desirable but not essential)
• Proficiency with the Microsoft office suite, with strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in using Adobe InDesign or a willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, plan and meet deadlines
• A passion to build a career in the Real Estate industry
