Job Description:
Berklee is looking for a dedicated, "live-in" professional to serve as a Resident Director (RD). In this pivotal role, you will be the heartbeat of a residential community of up to 450 students, fostering an environment where young musicians and performers can grow both personally and artistically. As a mentor, administrator, and crisis responder, you will implement a Residential Curriculum designed to turn dorm life into a transformative educational experience. At Berklee, your work directly supports the next generation of creative leaders.
About the Role & Responsibilities
The RD is a full-time, 12-month position reporting to the Associate Director of Residential Education. You will lead a staff of 3–12 Resident Assistants (RAs) and manage the day-to-day operations of your assigned hall(s).

Hiring Range: $53,000 to $62,000; salary dependent on relevant experience and education.
